Access may require an active account with the applicable third-party platform, depending on the delivery method.
Q5: What is the 24-Hour Evaluation Window?
From the moment your purchase is completed, you have 24 hours to evaluate the AI agent and confirm whether it meets your needs.
Q6: What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied within the 24-hour evaluation window and you have stayed within normal testing usage, email info@exopsai.io to request a refund.
Refunds may be denied in cases involving excessive use, unauthorized sharing, misuse of access materials, copying, redistribution, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

EXOPS AI uses simple pricing for many ready-to-use AI Agent Library products. A one-time purchase gives you access to the selected product and related updates made available by EXOPS AI for that product, unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreement.

Q11: Will my data be used to train AI models?
Where EXOPS AI uses OpenAI business or API services, customer inputs are not used to train OpenAI models by default unless data sharing has been explicitly enabled.
Some EXOPS AI agents may be accessed through ChatGPT, OpenAI services, or other third-party AI platforms. If you access an AI agent through your own third-party account, your use may also be subject to that provider’s privacy policy, account settings, retention rules, and data controls.

Q12: Do you guarantee specific outcomes or ROI?
No. EXOPS AI agents are designed to support workflows, decision preparation, document review, training, productivity, risk awareness, and operational consistency. However, EXOPS AI does not guarantee specific results, cost savings, time savings, error reduction, compliance results, operational outcomes, revenue, or ROI.
AI Agent Outputs should be reviewed by qualified personnel before use.
Q13: What if a third-party AI platform changes or becomes unavailable?
Some EXOPS AI agents and services may depend on third-party AI platforms, including OpenAI services, ChatGPT, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, website platforms, or other software and infrastructure providers.
EXOPS AI is not responsible for third-party platform outages, access restrictions, pricing changes, API changes, model changes, workspace settings, account requirements, policy updates, usage limits, downtime, or service interruptions.
