Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 20, 2026

EXOPS AI L.L.C. (“EXOPS AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://exopsai.io, purchase products, contact us, or use our AI Agent Services, including ready-to-use AI agents, AI Agent Library products, custom AI agent deployments, consulting services, and related support.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Data You Provide

We may collect personal information that you choose to provide, including:

Account and purchase information: name, email address, billing information, order details, and other information needed to process purchases or provide access to products and services.

Contact, support, and feedback information: information you submit through contact forms, support requests, consultation requests, free AI audit requests, comments, surveys, or feedback forms.

Business information: company name, role, industry, business needs, workflow descriptions, documents, or other information you provide when discussing or requesting AI agent solutions.

1.2 AI Agent Session Inputs

When you use an EXOPS AI agent, you may provide prompts, text, uploaded files, documents, images, or other content for the agent to process. We refer to this as “AI Agent Session Input.”

EXOPS AI uses AI Agent Session Input to provide the requested response, output, document review, workflow support, or other service functionality. EXOPS AI does not intentionally retain AI Agent Session Input outside the systems required to provide the service, unless retention is necessary for support, troubleshooting, security, legal compliance, product improvement requested by the client, or where you submit information through a website form, email, or support channel.

Some EXOPS AI agents may be delivered through third-party AI platforms, including OpenAI services. Where EXOPS AI uses OpenAI business or API services, customer inputs are not used to train OpenAI models by default unless data sharing has been explicitly enabled. OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring unless a different retention setting applies, longer retention is required by law, or a qualifying zero data retention arrangement is in place.

If you access an EXOPS AI agent through your own ChatGPT account or another third-party account, your use may also be subject to that provider’s privacy policy, account settings, retention rules, and data controls.

1.3 Device & Usage Information (“Device Information”)

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

Device and browser information: browser type, device type, operating system, IP address, time zone, referring website, and general location information.

Website usage information: pages viewed, links clicked, forms submitted, features used, session duration, and other interactions with the website.

Cookies and similar technologies: we may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, security, performance, and marketing.

1.4 Cookies and Analytics

Required cookies and functional data are used for site security, checkout, account access, and core website functionality.

Optional analytics and marketing cookies may be used to understand website performance, improve content, analyze campaigns, and deliver relevant marketing. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be able to accept, decline, or manage these cookies through browser settings or consent tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use information we collect for the following purposes:

Service delivery: to process purchases, provide access to AI agents, generate AI outputs, deliver consulting services, respond to inquiries, and fulfill customer agreements.

AI agent functionality: to process prompts, uploaded files, documents, workflow information, and other user-provided inputs so the relevant AI agent can provide a response or output.

Customer communication: to send receipts, product access information, support responses, service updates, policy updates, and other transactional communications.

Consulting and implementation: to evaluate use cases, prepare recommendations, conduct AI audits, configure agents, map workflows, train users, and support deployments.

Security and abuse prevention: to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, misuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.

Website improvement: to analyze website usage, improve user experience, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate the effectiveness of content, products, and campaigns.

Marketing: to send marketing communications where permitted by law or where you have opted in. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Legal compliance: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, tax requirements, accounting obligations, lawful requests, and enforceable legal processes.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable, including for users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, we process personal information based on one or more legal bases:

Contractual necessity: to provide products, services, support, and access you request or purchase.

Legitimate interests: to operate our business, improve our services, secure our website, prevent fraud, communicate with customers, and develop relevant offerings.

Consent: for optional cookies, marketing communications, or other processing where consent is required.

Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, tax, accounting, regulatory, or legal requirements.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Account, purchase, and billing records may be retained for tax, accounting, contractual, and legal compliance purposes.

Contact, support, and consultation records may be retained as needed to respond to requests, maintain business records, support customer relationships, and improve services.

AI Agent Session Inputs are not intentionally retained by EXOPS AI beyond what is required to provide the service, unless needed for support, troubleshooting, security, legal compliance, product improvement requested by the client, or where you submit information through website forms, email, or support channels.

Third-party AI platform retention may vary depending on the delivery method, platform, account type, and settings. OpenAI API inputs and outputs may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring unless a different retention setting applies, longer retention is required by law, or zero data retention applies.

Analytics data may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form for business analysis, website improvement, and campaign evaluation.

Unless specifically requested and agreed as part of a defined service, you should not submit highly sensitive personal information, confidential company information, trade secrets, classified information, protected health information, financial account credentials, or legally privileged information through general website forms or AI agent prompts.

For enterprise or client-specific deployments involving sensitive business information, EXOPS AI may support additional controls, approved workspaces, custom deployment terms, or specific data-handling arrangements.

9. Children’s Privacy
